I’m Heather Herr — founder, realtor, entrepreneur, and a relentless believer in the power of a woman’s voice. Herrstory didn’t start in a boardroom or brainstorm; it began in the moments I chose courage over comfort. The quiet battles, the bold decisions, and the years of building something that felt bigger than a title or a business have all contributed to this journey.
I’ve built a career I love, created a community for women where they can thrive, and raised a family that fuels everything I do. More than that, I’ve experienced the shift where you stop playing by someone else’s rules and start rewriting your own.
Herrstory embodies that shift.
It’s a brand, yes, but more importantly, it’s a movement for women who are ready to rise, lead, and live unapologetically, embracing the essence of female leadership.
