I’m Heather Herr — founder, realtor, entrepreneur, and relentless believer in the power of a woman’s voice. Herrstory didn’t start in a boardroom or brainstorm. It started in the moments I chose courage over comfort. The quiet battles, the bold decisions, the years of building something that felt bigger than a title or a business.

I’ve built a career I love, created spaces where women thrive, and raised a family that fuels everything I do. But more than that, I’ve lived through the shift, the one where you stop playing by someone else’s rules and start writing your own.

Herrstory is that shift.

It’s a brand, yes. But more than that, it’s a movement for women who are ready to rise, lead, and live unapologetically.

Herrstory is a space for the women rewriting the narrative. The ones choosing bold over basic, purpose over perfection, and legacy over limits.
